About AI Undressing Images

The advancement of AI technology has recently fostered harmful uses of AI software. In particular, some AI tools allow for users to input a clothed photo of someone and generate a fake nude or partially closed image of the same person. These images are often referred to as deep nudes, nudify images, or undressing images.

Currently Accepting Clients

If you are located in CA, we are currently accepting clients: (1) who had their image used to create an artificial intelligence (AI) generated deepfake, nudified or undressing image, or other obscene, indecent or inappropriate image of their likeness; (2) where the image was created and distributed without consent.

Key Laws for Victims

In 2025, Congress passed the Take it Down Act, making it a crime to knowingly publish sexually explicit deepfake images online and requires platforms to remove such content within 48 hours. There are also new CA laws (AB 621 and SB 926) that criminalize and establish civil liability for digitized sexually explicit material, providing more rights for victims.
